Post workout is a crucial time. I’ll be honest, I think it’s the most important meal of the day. You are the most anabolic and your body is pheening for some nutrients.

What you eat is important.

Is it the most important thing of all time? No, but that shouldn’t understate the fact that you can get better results if you pay more attention to your post workout meal.

This past week, I’ve had this exact conversation. What should someone eat post workout?

To simplify things, I would recommend going 2:1 ratio of Carbs To Protein*

*Roughly 30 grams of carbs and 15 grams of protein give or take based on your size, muscle mass, and quality of your workout.
